System Requirements of Aspose.Grid

As we know that Aspose.Grid is composed of two controls:

• Aspose.Grid.Desktop
• Aspose.Grid.Web

So, the system requirements of both controls are described separately.

Aspose.Grid.Desktop

.NET Framework

• Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 or later

Development Tools

• Visual Studio.NET 2003 or later

Operating System

• Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional and Server (SP2 recommended)
• Microsoft Windows XP Professional or Home Edition
• Microsoft Windows 2003 Server

Aspose.Grid.Web

.NET Framework

• Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0 or above

Development Tools

• Visual Studio.NET 2002 or above

Internet Information Server (IIS)

• IIS 5.0 or above

Browsers

• IE 5.5 or above, Mozilla Browsers(include Firefox, NetScape Browser), Opera (IE 6.0 recommended)

Operating System

• Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional and Server (SP2 recommended)
• Microsoft Windows XP Professional or Home Edition
• Microsoft Windows 2003 Server

Note: To use these two controls, the machine to run Aspose.Grid.Desktop and Aspose.Grid.Web doesn't need to have Microsoft Excel installed as Aspose.Grid.Desktop and Aspose.Grid.Web can open and save Excel spreadsheets without any need of MS Excel.
