What is Aspose.Workflow XPDL Designer?

Aspose.Workflow XPDL Designer is an offline windows application based on WFMC standards that helps workflow developers or designers to define their workflow processes in a GUI based environment rather than creating XPDL files. Workflow process designers can easily design their processes using graphical shapes offered by XPDL Designer. After the workflow design is completed, designers can easily export their designed workflow processes to XPDL files, which can be uploaded to Aspose.Workflow engine to execute.

How to Get it?

Aspose.Workflow XPDL Designer comes with Aspose.Workflow component, which can be downloaded from the Download Page of Aspose.Workflow. You will see some versions of Aspose.Workflow on its download page. Just click the download link of the latest version. Aspose.Workflow is available in two forms: Dll or Installer.

XPDL Designer is bundled in both, Dll and Installer versions of Aspose.Workflow. The only difference between Dll and Installer versions is that Dll version comes as a zipped file and Installer is an executable file. Both versions provide not only XPDL Designer but also other necessary things including Aspose.Workflow engine and related documentation etc.

Using Dll

If you have downloaded Dll version of Aspose.Workflow as a zipped file then follow the steps below:

• Unzip the zipped file to any desired location
• Aspose.Workflow Designer application can be found in <Unzipped Folder>\designer\bin\ folder
