Subscription Expiry Date


Please note that the expiration of your subscription will not cause your product to stop working and that you are still licensed to use the product.


So, what does the subscription expiration mean?


When you first purchased your order you were given a one year subscription to download and utilize new releases and hot fixes. After your subscription expires you will still be able to download new releases and hot fixes; however, they will not work with your current license file - you will be given an error.


What do I do now?


You now have two options: you can either renew your subscription (at a discounted rate of the current purchase cost) or continue to utilize the current version of the product you have installed.


Why should I renew?


Our development teams work hard to constantly improve and broaden the abilities of our products. In the ever changing world of technology it is important to ensure that you have the most up to date tools available. Renewing your subscription helps ensure you do just that.


How much does a renewal cost and how long is it good for?


That depends on when you renew. If you renew prior to the date your subscription expires, the cost is 50% of the current purchase cost. If you renew after your subscription expires the cost will be 60% of the current purchase price. The period of a subscription is one year.


How do I renew?


When visiting the My Orders section of our website you will see a listing of all of the products that you have purchased. In the right most column of the grid will be a red link that says "Renew". Simply click the renew link and that will begin the purchase process.
