Renewal Policies


Our components are purchased in a yearly subscription. Once that subscription nears expiration, we will send out an email that states the upcoming expiration and order id number. Renewals are optional. With a renewal, you will receive another year of updates and hotfixes. If you decide not to renew, you will still receive support and your license will never quit working. However, if you have problems and need a fix, you will have to renew to get the new hotfix if your subscription has expired.


When to Renew?


You can renew at any time.


Cost of Renewal


If you renew before your subscription has expired, then the cost is 50% of the current product price. If you renew after the subscription expiration date has already expired, the cost will be 60% of the current price. If you need any help with finding out how much the cost will be, you can contact our sales department. If you know your Order ID number or username when contacting sales it will speed response time up tremendously.


How to Renew?


If you are logged in as the username that purchased the component, you can go here to see your orders. Next to the order, you will see a link that will let you renew. By clicking that and then reviewing the info and clicking Purchase, you will renew your order. If you quit during the middle of the process and need to go back, you can go back to your orderlist page. The order will show up if it was created. If you get confused or you are not the original purchaser, you can contact our sales department and they will help you.


Resellers and Renewals


If you originally purchased through a reseller, you can simply contact your vendor with your request for renewal. The reseller can purchase this renewal for you as well.
