Upgrades

The needs of a company or project can change very unexpectedly. You might need to buy upgrade from one licence type to another from one day to the next. To help you manage change, we let you deduct the original cost of a product you have bought from the price of the upgrade.

If you buy a Developer Enterprise Subscription of Aspose.Pdf and later need to upgrade to an Developer OEM Subscription you would only pay the difference between the two. If the original price was $599, and the full OEM price is $1,797, you pay the difference, $1,198.

Please note that upgrading the license will not change the expiration date of your subscription. 

What is an upgrade?

The following situations are upgrades.

1. Upgrading from a lower pricing plan of an individual product to a higher pricing plan of the same product.
   For example, upgrade from Aspose.Cells Developer Enterprise Subscription to Aspose.Cells Developer OEM Subscription. Note that you cannot upgrade from a lower pricing plan of one product to a higher plan of another product. You cannot upgrade from Aspose.Cells Developer Enterprise Subscription to Aspose.Words Developer OEM Subscription.
2. Adding more products to your order.
   For example, if you have got an order which includes Aspose.Words and Aspose.Pdf, you can add Aspose.Pdf.Kit to your order. When you perform the upgrade, please choose Aspose.Words and Aspose.Pdf as well as Aspose.Pdf.Kit.
3. Upgrading from multiple or individual products to Aspose.Total. 
   If  you have bought a Developer Enterprise Subscription which includes Aspose.Words, Aspose.Pdf and Aspose.Cells, you can upgrade to Aspose.Total Developer Enterprise Subscription.

To upgrade an existing order

1. Place a new order which can be consider as an upgrade of an existing order.
2. Follow the shopping procedures till you reach checkout.
3. Click "Upgrade Order".
4. Enter your original Order ID.
   If your new order meets the criteria for an upgrade to the original order, you are charged the difference for the new licence.

Upgrade cases can be complicated. If you cannot upgrade your existing order using the order system, please report to our sales staff and we will try to sort it out manually.
