| Developer Enterprise Subscription
A Developer Enterprise Subscription licenses one (1) developer to create an unlimited number of derived works using The Product. A Developer Subscription must be purchased for each developer utilizing The Product to create derived works. Alternatively, a Site Subscription can be purchased which licenses up to 10 developers. If you need Site Subscription for more than 10 developers then you should buy more Site Subscriptions or contact our sales support to have a special Site Subscription.
A Developer Enterprise Subscription allows deployment of any number of derived works, not including Software as a Service (“SaaS”), utilizing The Product, to one (1) physical location. If an application will be deployed to more than one physical location (s), an OEM subscription will need to be purchased.
The term subscription refers to upgrades. A one year subscription entitles you to one year of product upgrades to the component. After the one year period has passed you will still be licensed to use to the component; however, in order to receive further upgrades you would need to renew your subscription.
