SDK and Development Library Usage

What is considered SDK Usage?

There is a difference between an SDK (Software Development Kit) and development tools.

We define an SDK as any development product that offers a documented, public API.

A development tool can be, as an example, a documentation application which uses Aspose.Words to produce DOC file output.  If the documentation application offered a documented, public API it would be considered an SDK.

SDK License

We offer an SDK license which allows you to embed our libraries as part of your own. Due to the complex nature of such arrangements we do not offer this license type through our public sales interface. If you are unsure if your product would be considered an SDK or you are interested in an SDK license arrangement, please contact your local sales team for more information.
