At Aspose, our number one concern is customer satisfaction! Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied within the first 30 days following your purchase, we will completely refund your money!
That being said, we go to great lengths in order to ensure that situations like this occur as infrequently as possible. We offer a risk free evaluation version of all of our components and are willing to provide technical support totally free(even prior to purchase). For more information please check Support Policies.
We know that from time-to-time mistakes are made. However, if you are simply unhappy with the performance of an Aspose component or are unable to get the component to function as desired... we strongly encourage you to give our technical support a chance. Aspose technical support is not the slow, unresponsive support that some companies provide. Our technical support is managed by the development teams themselves in order to ensure you receive you most accurate answers as quickly as possible. Furthermore, if there is a feature you need in the component that is not already there our developers are open to that is well. While we can't add every feature, please never hesitate to ask. We know that if there are features that one company needs, that other companies may need them as well.
Again, customer satisfaction is (and will always be) our number one concern. If you are unhappy with your purchase and do not feel that the issue can be resolved through support, simply contact a member of our sales staff with your Order ID and we will be happy to begin the refund process. |
