| An old order is an order that made in the purchase system before January 22, 2005, when a new purchase system was introduced. With the new purchasing system, we also introduced a new licensing system. The old licensing system will be obsolete from January, 2006. Any product bought with the old system is eligible for a new licence.You have one year to claim a new licence.
To get your new license, log in My Orders. If prompted to log in, enter your email address to request account details from the Forgot Password page. Please note that the email address must be that which you registered with our old purchase system, from which you got license files, tax invoices, etc. If the person owning the email address is not available, you can change the order's ownership as yours by following the instructions on how to change order ownership.
