Old Order Policies The old order means an order that was purchased in the old purchase system before January 22 2005 when the new purchase system was introduced . Any old order is eligible to get new license as our old licensing methods will be obsolete one year later. So we offer you a grace time of one year to upgrade your old license. To get your new license, you need to login My Orders. If you're prompted with a login page, simply enter your email address to request account details from page Forgot Password . Please note that the email address should be that you registered with our old purchase system, from which you got license files, tax invoices, etc. If the person owning the email address is not available, you can change the order's ownership as yours by following Change Orders Ownership.
