Anti Fraud Policies Recently we have had some fraud orders so we changed our license releasing practice: We do not release license immediately after a credit card is successfully authorized. Instead, we will review the order and if anything is in doubt, we will request the customer to provide more details. We have sales staff available in different time zones and hopefully we can release the license in one or two hours if the order is genuine.
