Sometimes, due to any reason, customers may need to send their license files to Aspose Staff Members due to following reasons:
- Customer doesn't have much information about his previous orders and Aspose Sales Representative asks customer to send his license file so that detailed information can be tracked to help customer.
- Customer is trying to use his license with an Aspose product and it's still giving evaluation warning so, an Aspose Sales Representative or a Technical Support Developer may ask customer to send his license file for inspection.
In short, there can be many other scenarios when a customer may need to send his license file to an Aspose Staff Member. In such cases, what is the best method for a customer to send his license file to Aspose Staff Members?
Aspose highly recommends its customers to use Forums for sales and technical support. It's also possible to add an attachment in forums while creating a forum post and many customers already attach their documents or other files with their forum posts in Aspose forums. However, this approach must not be used by customers to attach their license files with their forum posts to avoid any possible leakage of their license files. So, it's better for customers to send their license files via Email.
Well, you don't need to send an email from your normal email client because using our forums, you can also send email (with attachment) to any Aspose Staff Member. It's very simple and easy. Whenever an Aspose Staff Member asks you to share your license file with him, please follow these steps:
- With every forum post made by an Aspose Staff Member, you will see few buttons. Find Contact button and click it.
- Once you click Contact button, it will show a Drop Down Menu. Select Send <Username> an email option. For example, if the username of Aspose Staff Member is salman.sarfraz then you will see Send salman.sarfraz an email option in the menu.
- After you select above option, it will open a dialog using which you can write the Subject, Message and Attach your license file.
- Finally, click Send Email button at the bottom and your license file will automatically be sent to the selected Aspose Staff Member via email.
Note: Before sending email, please make sure that you are sending license file to the correct person. And please also don't forget to check an Aspose Staff Member image with the Username on the left side of his/her forum post.
