How to send your license file to an Aspose staff member?

Sometimes customers need to send their license files to Aspose staff members:

  • The customer does not have much information about his previous orders so a Aspose sales representative asks for the license file to find the information and help the customer.
  • Customer is trying to use his license with an Aspose product but it gives an evaluation warning so an Aspose sales representative or technical support developer asks for the license file to inspect it.

Aspose highly recommends customers to use  the forums for sales and technical support. It is possible to add an attachment to a forum post. This approach must not be used by with license files for security reasons. License files should be sent by email.

The good news is that you can send an email from our forums. Whenever an Aspose staff member asks you to share your license file, this is what to do:

  1. In a forum post made by the Aspose staff member who has requested the license file, click Contact and select Send <Username> an email from the menu.
    For example, if the username of Aspose staff member is salman.sarfraz, the menu option is Send salman.sarfraz an email.
    An email dialog is opened.
  2. Write a descriptive subject.
  3. Add a message explaining why you are sending the file.
  4. Attach the license file.
  5. Click Send Email.
    The license file is sent.

Note: Before sending an email, please make sure that you are sending license file to the correct person.
