Changes in Product Name
|

If you have used Aspose.Excel, Aspose.Word, Aspose.PowerPoint and Aspose.Project in the past and are now confused as to why you can’t find them, then please note that in early 2006 some of our components went through a name change. The original names of these components and their new names after the name change are as follows:
- Aspose.Excel renamed to Aspose.Cells
- Aspose.Word renamed to Aspose.Words
- Aspose.PowerPoint renamed to Aspose.Slides
- Aspose.Project renamed to Aspose.Tasks
Please keep in mind that these are not separate components but are updated versions of their older counterparts. If you had purchased one of these older components and are now looking to update it to the newer version, then please renew your subscription (for more information please consult Renewal Policies) and download the latest version of these components. You can also consult Update Product Name for information on how to update the component name through out your code.
