What does the term subscription mean?

The term subscription refers to upgrades. A one year subscription entitles you to one year of product upgrades to the component. After the one year period has passed you will still be licensed to use to the component; however, in order to receive further upgrades you would need to renew your subscription.


Is there a section that clearly defines what each product subscription licenses me to do?

In the past I bought product licenses that are no longer offered in the new Aspose purchase system, does Aspose intend to honor the old licenses?

100% Any licenses that were previously sold will be honored in all respects. If you have questions or concerns, please be sure to contact our sales staff . We are always anxious to help.


In the past I had to have a license file for each developer machine as well as a separate deployment license file; however, now when I go to download a license file there is only one file. Does the single file replace all of the other files?

Yes, now there is only one license file needed. We did so in order to make the use of our components and deployment of our components much more hassle free. However, it is important to note that you must have an updated version of the component in order to use the new license file. The older versions of the components do not support the newer license files.


In order to use the newer license file, will there need to be code changes? And if so, is there a guide?


Yes, in order to support both the old and new licensing methods we had to change the way the new license is called. Please be sure to visit our new licensing instructions page for instructions and new code samples for each component.


What forms of payment does Aspose accept?

We accept credit cards and wire transfer or check by purchase order. Please view our Payment Methods.


I have already purchased my product, when can I expect it to arrive?


Our products are not delivered in a physical package. Our products are shown on a box for illustration only. We do not ship a product box or a product CD-ROM. We provide online downloads, online documentation, and license files are sent via email. Please view our Shipping Policies.


How can I receive a discount?

How can I use a coupon code?
