Change Orders Ownership

If an order was placed and paid by your colleague but he/she left your organization, or, he/she is not available recently, so you may not be able to access the order details to get license, invoice or software, etc. In this case, you're eligible for the change of ownership of orders paid by your organization.

  1. Go to our forums to create an account.
    If you already have have one, ignore this step.
  2. Post your request to change of ownership of orders at Aspose.Purchase Forum, quoting the Order ID.
  3. If you are concerned about your privacy, this forum post about how our forums work explains how to keep your post private.
  4. We will review your request then change its ownership if you're eligible. You are notified in the forum by a reply to your request.
  5. When an order is under your account, you can get your license file or invoice from My Orders.
