Are there any terms or conditions?

As with all programs, there must be guidelines. Below are the basic requirements for the program:

Offer not available to or through resellers.
Limit one upgrade request per address or company.
Verification of ownership of the competitive product is required. You will be required to provide the name and serial number of the product being upgrading from.
We do ask that you share why you are unhappy with your current product.

How do I apply for this discount?

In order to begin the process you simply need to create a post in our purchase forum (which is automatically marked private from the public). In your post please share that you are interested in a competitive upgrade, what product you are currently using, why you are interested in a change and your original proof of purchase. Once that has been reviewed and approved by our staff you will be supplied a coupon that can reduce the amount of a product by a given amount.
