    Removing Security .NET

    Attachment: Present (inaccessible)

    Hi,

    Following is my scenario.

I want to download the government form (see attached) and use that as my template to fill the form with DB data and be able to save the modified data from the form. But, the form is secured with password and encrypted.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Salil

    Hi Rashid,

I am attaching a sample VS 2010 solution which includes two seperate pdf's. The names are obvious. I am able to push & pull data in to & from the "WithoutSecurity.pdf. But when I try push data in to "WithSecurity.pdf" or try get all the fields what happens is all the fields are removed and you cannot fill any data in the PDF. If you open the same pdf out side the solution you can fill in the data.

Hope this clarifies some more. Also I have removed the ".lic" :) . So you may have to use your own and modify the code accordingly.

    Thanks,

    Salil

    Hi Rashid,

Thanks for the reply. Ok, so what is the solution meanwhile? How did you resolve it and is there something I can use right now? or do I have to wait for 6.5 release?

    Thanks,

    Salil
