CalculateFormula on my file gives error

Hi,

I am attaching my spreadsheet. When I do calculateFormula on this spreadsheet and try to get the Premium column in the Outputs tab it doesn't get the values but an error. Please let me know what i am doing wrong.

I can find the error value from those cells in the column. I have logged your issue into our issue tracking system with an id: 18755.
