The way you hanged up on face and end the conversation with out closing up is very bad and irresponsible.  A very unreliable support.

I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience. Actually, I did not suspend the call; it might be some network issue as I received the message 'call was terminated by the customer' and the chat session was disconnected.
