Thanks for your interest in Aspose.Tasks.
Unfortunately you can not customize project’s rendering and add any columns to the Gant Chart now. But we have an issue ‘Gantt Chart Image Rendering Enhancements’ with ID = 12485 in our corporate issue tracking system and I have linked your request to it.
We are planning to add up a capability to customize the Gant Chart by adding columns, defining their width, order, title and data format. The issue is scheduled for coming summer. You will get response from the issue tracking system automatically as the issue is resolved.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as 12485) have been fixed in this update.

You can find a sample of the project image rendering customization at this thread. We are going to add some new samples of the feature to our setup’s Feature Demo folder in our next month release.
