Access to ShapeId property in PPTX release

Hi, we are currently evaluating the latest PPTX release of Aspose Slides for .Net. I would like to be able to access the ShapeId property so as to maintain links between PowerPoint shapes and external content from one session to the next. I notice it is a private member in the current release. Are there any plans to make it public? All the best, Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for showing keen interest in Aspose.Slides.

The shapes don’t have unique Id in PPTX format, so it is a limitation of PPTX format. Once this feature becomes available in PPTX format, we will try to support this in our product as well.
