When adding a Picture Frame to a slide, then GetThumbnail on the same slide the resulting image does not show the newly added Picture within the Picture Frame, it is showing the border though.
When saving the presentation the picture shows up fine.

In case of PPT, it is ok. In case of PPTX, after saving to disk and reloading the PPTX, SlideEx.GetThumbnail shows the picture. An issue with issue id 12428 has been created to investigate and you will be informed as soon as it is resolved.
