Yes. Aspose.Pdf.Kit offers a viewer to view and print the PDF files. In fact, PdfViewer class helps you achieve this goal. However, I would like to inform you that PdfViewer is currently in beta; some features may not be supported well and we'll not be able to fix them in short time. Also, the print quality is not as high as the Adobe Reader. Nevertheless, I would encourage you to give it a try at your end and see if it satisfy your requirements.
