Footnotes not accessible

    Footnotes not accessible Java

    Hello, everybody,

    I tried to load a word2003 file with aspose.words for further processing (see attachment). In the document tree the footnotes are missing completely. (I checked node.toTxt of every node in the document and no one contained the footnote text)

    Can you give me any indication how to access the text in the footnotes?

    Thank you for reporting this problem to us. I managed to reproduce it on my side and created new issue #8196 in our defect database. I will notify you as soon as it is fixed.

    The issues you have found earlier (filed as 8196) have been fixed in this update.

    Thanks for fixing the bug.

    Unfortunately this bug happened with aspose for Java. Could you inform me when the bug is fixed in aspose for java?

    Thanks for your request. It seems, this problem is already resolved in NET version of Aspose.Words. Once we finish synchronization Java and .NET versions of Aspose.Words, all functionality which is supported in, NET version will be supported in Java version, including the fix of this issue. You will be notified.
