2D Barcode and Arabic data

We are facing a very complicated issue, and we need to fix it so we can finish our project.....

How can we store Arabic data into PDF417 barcodes?
Aspose.BarCode (Java) support Arabic?

Is there any other way to store Arabic data into 2D barcodes, please advice?

I will post the java sample shortly that can generate and recognize barcode for UTF-8 text.
