Is it possible to set the tooltip position over the bar I am exactly pointing to, as in this chart (tooltipposition-correct.jpg)? The tooltip for "The Wire 58" is exactly over the bar drawn against it.This was rendered using another third party tool.

I rendered a chart using Aspose which gave the foollowing chart (tooltipposition-wrong.jpg).Is it possible to set the tooltip position over the bar to which the mouse is pointed?
