    Sorry for delay, we are focused on the pptx format and didn't have time to fix it yet.

    If I'm not mistaken, solid background inherited from master slide.
    We will investigate why it happens and fix as soon as possible.

    Is there any update to this issue? We are experiencing this was well and we need to release very soon. A fix sooner then later would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    Sorry but I'm afraid we can't fix it in a short time. We can't even find why it happens.
    All properties of the shape tell that text has red solid background but PowerPoint shows it as transparent.
    By my opinion there is something wrong with the PPT file.
