The processes I have is a complicated one, so it is going to take some time to get something together for you. 

Basically, I am creating a PDF from an email, detaching all the attachments, rendering what file types that I can to PDF.  Then, I  concatinate the PDF email along with the the rendered attachments and a "Rendering Summary" that show what was and wasn't able to be rendered to PDF.  t is during this concatination whee this go bad.

I will try to build a simple model that reproduces the error and get it to you.

Here is the code and files for a small console application that I was able ot put together that isolates and recreates the casting error.  Please read the Readme.txt file first as there are some minor setup tasks.

Please review and responde ASAP.  I already had to post another problem (as a result of the HotFix) today.

Great.  I sincerely hope this is not another dll that doesn't fix the problem and creates others...that has happened twice now for this one issue (see my posting - http://www.aspose.com/Community/Forums/thread/97088.aspx)
