Hi,
I am in charge of the bug, I think I can fix it in about one week.
Thanks.
Hi Brian,
Can you provide the doc file to help me resolve the bug?
Hi hallkvist,
I don't find any difference between DOC and PDF.In the attached file, there are the DOC and PDF(useing 3.6.2.10 dll of Aspose.PDF) .
I've made a new example. In this one you can see the difference in the alignment regarding the hour glass and the date in the Word file and the PDF file.
Hi guys,
Is there anything new on this one?
Best,
Brian
Hello!
It’s Viktor again. I also see slight differences in vertical layout when using the latest versions of the components. From my experience it’s difficult to obtain closer results converting these documents. So it’s better to refactor them to avoid issues. I’m just advising, you choose. Anyway this should be considered for fixing in Aspose.Pdf and I cannot remind them endlessly. From our point of view (Aspose.Words) intermediate output encapsulates all necessary to render documents correctly.
OK, thanks. Do you think I should post the issue in the Aspose.Pdf forum instead?
I've already tried refactoring the Word document, but no matter what I do, I can't make it align correctly in the PDF.
Hi!
I have written them several hours ago. They should answer either in the forum or by email. If they don’t answer within 1-2 days you can create one more thread in their forum and refer this one.
I can find out the differences between DOC and PDF, I think it relate to the linespace. Please wait for a few days, I will try to resolve this problem ASAP.
Thanks for your patience, and apologized for any inconvenient caused by our product.
I’m very pleased you’re willing to solve the problem. Is there any status on an update yet?
Best regards,
I have solved the problem. You will get the dll in one or two days.
Thanks for you patience.
Hi
Whats the status on the update? Is it ready for download?
