Hi,
This functionality will be included in Aspose.Diagram for .NET. At the moment, you cannot create organization charts from scratch but a request in this regard has been logged into our issue tracking system as DIAGRAM-29083 and planned for the first quarter of 2012. We will let you know as soon as this feature is available.
As a workaround, you can create empty diagrams using MS Visio and add shapes dynamically using Aspose.Diagram for .NET as described in this article http://www.aspose.com/documentation/.net-components/aspose.diagram-for-.net/adding-a-new-shape.html.
