After all we choose aspose cells for .net as our excel handler to process excel exporting and importing. It's really easier and more effective than Excel COM and Oledb. As is known to all using the Excel COM to export reports must very familiar with VBA Script and it  is really very difficult to control and  it cant work without Office Installation, and it takes a lots of server resources both CPU and memory.

Using Excel COM is very slowly to call the COM objects and it always brings memory leak and great risk to end the process.  We need support Excel 2003 and Excel 2007 and all Excel formats, though OLEDB is much faster than Aspose but it can only support simply format and can't create report with diffrent format such as complex report and combination table head.

Apose has all advantages in format and speed and facilitate to use. I have compare some other components Aspose cells for .net  is most popular solution and Aspose cells for .net provide full feature of Excel. And Aspose cells support various file format and cell combination and table styles and it make great help in such complex combination report. Since there are lot kinds of report need to import and creat, i have decided to purchase it for my project, it will accerlate our schedule indeed.Thanks you for provide so greate components.
