windows7 x64 compatibility

it seems the aspose.slides.dll is not working properly under windows7 x64 platform.
the registration seems ok with gacutil.exe but at the moment of the run of the app I use it in, I receive the following error:

Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Aspose.Slides, Version=4.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=716fcc553a201e56' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
File name: 'Aspose.Slides, Version=4.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=716fcc553a201e56'
at <ourApp>.Program.Main(String[] args)
