Hi,
Thank you for the further details.
I am afraid that the licensing module will not work as expected with multiple instances of SQL Server on same machine. The problem arises when Aspose.BarCode for SSRS assembly (v4.4.1) tries to find the license in one of the active SQL Server instance directories. In your case, it seems that both of your SQL Server instances are active. We are currently working to provide the solution to this problem by adding the license details to the windows registry. So any active SQL Server instance can share the license from a common location. Hopefully, this feature will be added in next release. I will link this thread to the appropriate ticket from our tracking system, so you get notified once this feature is available.
You can work yourself around this problem by placing the .lic file in ReportServer/Bin folder of all your SQL Server instances. This work around is only for latest version of Aspose.BarCode for SSRS v4.4.1. If you are using the v2.6/v2.5 then please keep using the same assembly till we resolve this problem
We are sorry for your inconvenience.
