Table formatting broken when saving to pdf .NET

    Hi,

I am saving word documents (doc and docx) as PDF using the SaveToPdf method.

Formatting of tables is broken in the pdf (partly on pagebreaks, but generally throughout the document).

I was wondering whether I need to set some options (Page size or anything else) through which I can fine tune the conversion?

Thanks for your request. Could you please attach your documents here for testing? I will check the problem on my side and provide you more information.

    Attachment: Present (inaccessible)

    Hi,

the problem occurs when background images are set in the page header, and the formatting of the table is slightly changed and the table wraps to the next page - the table and the header overlap

I think this is partly due to a badly formatted word.

I had to remove the images in the page header.

But why does the first table wrap to the second page?

And on the first page the formatting of the table is not proper.

    Hi

Thank you for additional information. It seems you use some old version of Aspose.Words, which does not support vertically merged cells. This feature is already supported in the latest version of Aspose.Words. You can download it from here:

    Best regards.
