Hi,

I have just downloaded an evaluation copy of PDF.Ki for ASP.NET. I want to be able to fill fields in the attached PDF from a database, but the fields are not being listed. My code is very simple:

License license = new License();
license.SetLicense(@"c:\Aspose.Pdf.Kit.lic");
Form myForm = new Form(@"c:\uspto2.pdf", @"c:\uspto3.pdf");

When I look in myForm.FieldsNames it is empty, but there are definately fields that can be filled from an XML file.

Am I doing something wrong or have the fields been hidden by design?

Thanks for considering Aspose.Pdf.Kit.

I have investigated into the problem and found it had some relationship with the concept of 'Data Binding'. In other words, the actual field names have been mapped into other 'binding names'. Frankly speaking, this feature is under developing and current Kit cannot support it.

I am wondering about your reporting 'fields can be filled from an XML file'. Could you please elaborate it so as to help us solve the problem?

Sorry for the late reply.

After hard working, the feature of 'binding names' has been supported. However, we found that your document needs another important feature of 'dynamic form', which cannot be supported yet. And I am afraid that this feature cannot be available in a short time.
