    technical issue

    Hi Technical Team,

I am a developer from Irwin Mitchell solicitors and we have recently purchased the Icalendar .Net Utility and have came across an interesting issue with the product.

    This issue is......
RecurrencePattern.GenerateOccurrences() Method after setting a daily pattern with a datetime start value of 1pm e.g. .. "every day at 1pm" DTSTART:20080617T130000RRULE:FREQ=Daily AND add ExDates such as a date in the future "18/06/08". When the GenerateOccurrences is exectued, the DateCollection will unexpectedly come back with "18/06/08 13:00" along with other valid datetime points. However, when you set the EXDates with "18/06/08 13:00", the GenerateOccurrences() will not return the exclud datetime object.

This means that the logic within the shared function GenerateOccurrences performs a strict match against the excluded list which seems inflexible for more complex scenarios requiring exact schedules and "loose" excluded dates.

Is there any addiotional property which would allow different forms of comparisons of date to datetime types or could you confirm that the code only compares like for like ?

    Thanks inadvance,

    Christopher Brown
