How to set alternating color pattern for the chart background

Attachment: Present (inaccessible)

How to set alternate background color pattern as shown in the attachement. This sample grapg is generated using a different software and now I'm wondering how to get this feature if I chose Aspose. The background color of the chart is set alternatively for the y-Axis grids.
