I've tried several different ways, but I can't seem to come up with the settings to allow for a pattern like "Every 38 weekdays".  I've also checked the iCalendar RFC and can't find an example of this pattern.  Is this pattern possible with iCalendar?

It can be made for year only:

Thanks for the help.  I notived that this pattern can't be done in MS Outlook either,  I guess my users will just have to learn to get by without this pattern
