Aspose.BarCode for Java v1.7.0.0 has been released.

Aspose.BarCode is an All-In-One package for barcode generation and recognition on .NET (Windows Forms, ASP.NET, Compact Framework) and JAVA(J2SE,J2EE,J2ME).

 

This major release of Aspose.BarCode introduces a new library -- Aspose.BarCode for J2ME(Java 2 Micro Edition).  Aspose.BarCode for J2ME is able to read data from barcode images for J2ME applications. The library works fine with most of the popular J2ME SDKs like WTK,Nokia SDK for Java,BlackBerry SDK for Java etc.

 

This release of Aspsoe.BarCode for J2ME supports most popular Linear(1D) barcodes and QR barcode. The postal barcodes and other 2D standards will be implmented in the coming release.
