We have just released Aspose.Grid version 1.7.4!

This release fixed some bugs and brings some great new features.

Aspose.Grid.Web
1.New control: GridWebForm, works with a GridWeb control, enables you to display/edit data in a record based form view window.
2.New method Validation.LoadValueList, loads value/text items to the dropdownlist or listmenu.
3.Enhanced List/DropDownList/FreeList features, supports Value/Text pair in a list item.
4.Supports DataSourceControl DataBinding in Vs.NET 2005.
5.Supports DropDown Calendar control in a Date/DateTime validation cell.
6.New Property GridWeb.EnableSmartNavigation(bool), Enabled by default. Supports Background Post Back and smooth visual effect without page refreshing.
7.New event: GridWeb.BindingChildView, enables you to modify the default child view's bindcolumns before binding the child view sheet.

1.Fixed the bug of text direction when rotating 90 or -90 degrees.

This version inclucdes many new exciting features:
Aspose.Grid.Web 1.7
1.New METAL-LIGHT Look & Feel.
2.Added Fully DataBinding Support. Now it supports binding sheets to DataSet, DataTable, DataView or any Collection Objects. The control loads data from the DataSource, and updates the DataSource automatically.
3.Added new "Worksheets Designer" in the vs.net IDE. You may use it to create powerful database binding applications with few mouse clicks and few lines of code.
4.Added new Validation types: FreeList, Number, Integer, Date, DateTime and CustomFunction.
5.Improved visual effect and usability in None-IE browsers.

4.Column's width are not proper at some region settings.

Fixed:

Minimizing the form that contained the GridDesktop control which set the Dock property Fill, an exception is thrown.
Pressing "delete" key, the GridDesktop control does not raise CellDataChanged event.
When row number is greater than 4 digitals, row header's width is not enough.
When load from excel file, the font of char that input in a cell is different from the font of cell.
Can't input Enter in a cell, now use Control + Enter keys.
If there are not focused cells, textbox control will be placed at error position when input char.
There is a comment in a cell, and then focused the right cell; when point to the cell that contains a comment, the focused cell will glint always.
Hiding row column does not work.

1.Added Freeze Pane feature: Added method WebWorksheet.FreezePanes, WebWorksheet.UnfreezePanes; Added property WebWorksheet.FreezePaneInfo.
2.Added WebCells.SetBorders method so you can set borders’ style for a range of cells.
3.Added Comments feature. You can use the Comments object to add comment for a cell.
4.Fixed export Excel file bug when a cell contains a sheet reference formula.
