Aspose.Editor 1.1.0 Released!

 

New Features 

  • Support for reading Microsoft Word .DOC file format.
  • Support for reading HTML file format.
  • Introduced Styles API for paragraph and character styles. New classes are Styles, Style and corresponding properties of Document, Range and Paragraph.
  • Support for Built-in styles. Built-in styles are preloaded and available for any document.
  • New style dialogs. User can examine existing styles, select styles and apply them to ranges, modify font and paragraph properties of style a lot like Microsoft Word.
  • Unlimited Undo/Redo for style operations.
  • Paragraph and character styles stored in file are now fully parsed and encoded when roundtripped.
  • Improved roundtripping for table and list styles, OLE objects and graphics.

 Fixes Since 1.0 

  • Several typos in public comments and error messages were fixed.
  • Paragraph break formatting was wrong for automatically applied styles when typing.
  • Paragraph following other non single line spacing paragraph could sometimes be rendered wrong.
  • Rendering of pasted control characters was incorrect.
  • Evaluation watermark was inserted on each paste operation.
  • Width of tab was incorrectly calculated for centered paragraphs when space followed tab.
  • Some of dialog controls which render font and paragraph properties were not sensitive to indeterminate values.
