We have released Aspose.Barcode for Java v1.3, which supports USPS OneCode barcode images generation.

Our developer is still working on its recognition algorithm. If everything goes fine, we will release USPS OneCode barcode recognition in the coming month.

However, USPS OneCode barcode generation and recognition are supported in Aspose.BarCode for .NET v2.5. If you are working on .NET application, you can use it now.
