Parameterized Report Support

Aspose.Pdf for Reporting Services supports two kinds of parameters: report server parameters and report parameters. Report server parameters are used for all reports based on the report server. If you want to make some parameters suitable for specific reports, you can use report parameters.

Create PDF/A documents

Aspose.Pdf for Reporting Services supports certain configuration parameters that affect how the PDF document will be generated. Among these is PdfConformance, this can be used to generate the resultant PDF into PDF/A compliant format if needed.

Various installation options

You can install Aspose.Pdf for Reporting Services by using our product MSI installer, it will copy the assembly and other required resources to the specified directory and install the product on the default instance of Reporting Services.

However, there may be situations where you need to install the product manually. Where automatic installation is not allowed due to security issues or that you need to install the product on a named (not default) instance of Reporting Services or on multiple instances. This is fully supported with Aspose.Pdf for Reporting Services.

Integrate with Microsoft Report Viewer in Local Mode

Aspose.Pdf for Reporting Services can easily be integrated with Microsoft Report viewer where the Report Viewer can generate reports independently using a built-in engine (local mode), or it can display reports that are generated through Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Report Server (remote mode).
